Description
This wine follows an ancestral method: A first maturation is performed within the bottle, which is capped during fermentation, then disgorged at spring. No added sugar nor yeast during winemaking and no added sulphites at bottling.

Best served chilled, with appetizers or desserts with raspberries, fruit salads or chocolate cakes and sweets.
