Cabernet Franc grape. Guyot Val de Loire cut. Half manual, half mechanical, the harvest is fully sorted. The destemmed grapes are put in stainless steel tanks of 150 hl for about 10 days of maceration between 22 and 25 ° to preserve the fruit as much as possible. Soft and tasty, this vintage is best appreciated in its youth and can be kept 2 to 3 years.
Wine and food pairings
Better served between 12° and 14°. Fits perfectly with salads, grilled meat or fish and soft paste cow cheeses.
